Change from backwards-loop to normal repeat?

Where can I change the settings? Is it possible to trim the loop? I also noticed people talking about adding filters (it said that the normal version had fewer options, but I can't see any at all). Has all this been removed in this version?

Do I need the Pro version to do these things now?

Yes, the Pro version provides the ability to trim, change the loop settings, add filters, change the initial keyframe, and more. It also lets you record up to 5 seconds of footage.
